Minimum of 20 years of experience in defining and managing complex transformation projects, justifying of a management position at Director or Strategic level in private or public organisations;
Minimum 8 years of experience in defining, developing and/or implementing cloud adoption strategies in the public or private sector;
Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of cloud procurement, from the buyer Perspective;
Minimum 2 years of experience in public international European policy making in the field of IT (contribution to working groups);
Proven experience in animating large forums of stakeholders (i.e. animating networks, organise events);
A certification in each of the following fields: (1) digital sovereignty, (2) cybersecurity challenges, and (3) critical infrastructure resilience;
Excellent command of the English and French language.
